Counseling

I am an LPC-Intern (licensed professional counselor) in the State of Texas, practicing under the supervision of Tiffany Ashenfelter, LPC-S. 

As a therapist it is my desire to walk alongside my clients wherever they are in their journey.  In my practice, I specialize in working with adolescents, and women struggling with addiction, eating disorders, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and adjustment when life throws curve balls.  I have also recently begun working to obtain certification in play therapy.

I currently practice with both Ashenfelter & Associates Counseling, and The Vale Counseling Center.  Working for multiple practices provides me with the unique opportunity to utilize office space in Sunnyvale, Forney, and Dallas, TX - allowing me to meet my clients in the location that is most convenient for them!  Check out my profile on psychologytoday.com - if you have questions, or would like to schedule an appointment, I would love to hear from you!
